THINK BEFORE YOU CLICK!
Social media is a platform where everything you say or do is public. Be mindful of others especially when you are posting opinionated content. Even if your audience are those who share the same interests, inform them of your intentions as some might take it differently and therefore, form wrong conclusions.
ANALYZE BEFORE YOU DIAGNOSE!
Do NOT use social media as a reference on self-diagnosing on mental health issues or even physical health problems. Most of these users might even be in a filter bubble themselves, being influenced by what they see online and spreading the information. Not all of the people you see posting about health are professionals. Please consult an expert or licensed professional if you feel unwell mentally or physically. They will be able to help you to feel better, not social media posts.
